Q. I am from West Bengal and have local sim CARD. Thinking of to travel to Jammu and Kashmir. I have heard that all service provider sim card of other states gets unresponsive in J&K AND ONLY BSNL post paid customer can avail the facility to talk in J&K those who belong to other states.
