The police have arrested 13 people, including the inmates, their relatives, and the escorting constables, who were also allegedly involved in the scheme. The outing was reportedly arranged through a middleman and involved a network of bribes, unauthorized mobile use, and alleged threats to VIPs. The case is under investigation, and police are searching the Jaipur Central Jail.
