Police have arrested a 44-year-old man, George Frazier Devon Wharton, in connection with the shooting. Wharton is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a felon, and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. The victims were identified as Pradipkumar Patel and his daughter, who were working at the store when the shooting occurred.
