You could start with the latest updates on the worm at Symantec. The worm -- which is also known as W32/SirCam@mm and Backdoor.SirCam -- contains its own SMTP engine, and propagates in a manner similar to the W32.Magistr.Worm.
The page explains how the worm works, in great detail, and offers a number of solutions. You can also try McAfee which offers a protection package, online scan and a DAT file for retail VirusScan users. Lastly, F-Secure also has a page on the worm with removal instructions and a REG file that can be downloaded and installed in order to remove the worm's reference from the EXE file startup key in the registry.

Hello Manish. You can send almost any type of file as an attachment by
email. But .wav files are usually very large files, and hence you might not
be able to send it via any web-based e-mail service, since most free
services restrict the size of emails to 1 MB or thereabouts. However, if
your ISP or company-provided email account has no such restrictions, there
is no reason why you cannot send .wav files as attachments.
