Thailand's top officials tried to calm its citizens on Wednesday over the triple explosions in Bangkok, with the defence minister saying they should not be construed as terror attacks, even as Israel and Iran traded charges over the incident. Thai police arrested two Iranian men in central Bangkok on Tuesday, when a bomb possibly being assembled by three Iranians went off in a house.
