A 22-year-old man in Meerut, India, alleges he was tricked into marrying the mother of his intended bride. The complainant, Mohammad Azeem, claims his brother and sister-in-law arranged the marriage and the bride's 45-year-old widowed mother, disguised as the bride, was married to him instead. Azeem claims he was threatened with a false rape accusation after protesting the deception. Police are investigating the case, but a settlement has been reached between the parties and Azeem has withdrawn his complaint.
