"Talks are on, and buying will continue," an official at a major refinery said.

The two Indian children, who have been placed in emergency foster care in Norway since May, could come back after a court hearing there in June, Lok Sabha was informed on Thursday. "We are taking it up, putting pressure on (Norway). Indications are that they might be back in June, (they will be) in their natural habitat.
