It's a Chinese invasion in British kitchens! Yes, Chinese delicacies, like chowmein, have overtaken Indian curry as Britain's most favourite ethnic cuisine, a new survey has revealed. Although Indian curries have long been regarded as the first choice, more people in Britain picked Chinese food as their first choice. But the two varieties of food attracted far more votes than any other meal choices, accounting for a whopping 70 per cent of the ethnic food market.
