A fire broke out at a PVR Cinemas in Select Citywalk Mall in New Delhi on Wednesday evening due to a short circuit during a movie screening. Panic ensued as a corner of the movie screen caught fire during the 4:15 pm screening of the film 'Chhava'. Fire alarms sounded, leading to a swift evacuation of the cinema hall. Fire services responded quickly and contained the blaze within 13 minutes. No injuries were reported, and the fire was attributed to a minor short circuit with no significant damage. The incident caused a brief moment of panic, but the situation was quickly brought under control.
