Delhi Police have dismantled an e-rickshaw theft gang, arresting the alleged mastermind, Mehboob Khan, and apprehending three juveniles. The gang used juveniles to steal vehicles, which Khan then disposed of. The investigation led to the recovery of 15 stolen e-rickshaws.
