Seventeen pilgrims were killed and 28 others injured when a bus carrying them fell off a bridge in Buldhana district of Maharashtra on Thursday. The mishap took place in the wee hours on the Nanganga bridge near Tandulwadi village in Malkapur town of the district, when the bus was on its way back from Shirdi and Shanishignapur, a police official said.
