"Anil Kumar (22) had failed in the first year exams as well as internal examinations. He had also low attendance and was not promoted to the senior classes. Also, he had problems in following lectures in English. He had kept himself locked inside his room throughout Sunday," Chhaya Sharma, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), said.
