Q. There are lot of scholars and even non-scholars issuing Fatwas to be followed by all followers of Muslim faith. Many of these Fatwas are against commonsense and scientific advancements. Already the Muslim brethern are backwards because of resistance to change.Why not some learned scholars from acredited centres authorised to issue Fatwas on all India basis? Rest should either be debarred from issuing Fatwas or Fatwas from them ignored?
