Bangladesh spinner Shakib Al Hasan and fast bowler Shahadat Hossain have been fined 10 per cent and five per cent of their match fee while opener Imrul Kayes has received a reprimand for breaching the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials during the first Test against West Indies at St Vincent.
