A bride in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, disappeared during her wedding ceremony, taking jewellery and cash with her, leaving her 40-year-old groom in distress. The incident occurred at the Shiv Temple in Bharohiya where the groom, Kamlesh Kumar, was getting married for the second time. Kamlesh alleged that the bride and her mother left for the bathroom and never returned. He claims to have given the bride sarees, beauty products, and jewellery, and was already bearing the wedding expenses. Police are investigating the matter but no complaint has been filed yet.
