"Doctor Shukla was arrested from the trauma centre of Chattrapati Shahuji Maharaj Nagar Medical University this morning," said Deputy Inspector General of Police Lucknow D K Thakur. He said Shukla was arrested in connection with financial irregularities in the health department.
