A Delhi court on Friday fixed April 22 for hearing the CBI's closure report in a case against Jagdish Tytler in 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
The Aam Aadmi Party on Monday hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the arrest of its two MLAs, saying this is a "proof" of his frustration.
The Delhi high court called the anti-Sikh riots case "communal frenzy" after the then prime minister Indira Gandhi was assassinated by her bodyguards.
The Delhi Police had closed this case in 1994 for want of evidence.
