The Haryana government on Friday decided to seek a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation into the murder of Delhi police's encounter specialist Rajbir Singh, following a request by the slain cop's family for such an investigation. Property dealer Vijay Bhardwaj has confessed to the police that he had killed the Assistant Commissioner of Police on Monday night in Gurgaon. The Gurgaon and Delhi police, who are presently investigating the case, have arrested Bhardwaj.
