Colin Gunn, one of the Britain's most dangerous gangsters, has been able to correspond freely with up to 565 'friends' on the social networking site for the past two months.Gunn, who is serving a 35-year sentence for conspiracy to murder, is said to be still running his drugs and organised crime cartel.

A Jharkhand court on Monday directed Chief Minister Shibu Soren to appear before it on February 3 in connection with a 35-year-old double murder case. Soren, who will seek a trust vote in the Jharkhand assembly on January 7, is the sole accused in the case, in which eight others were acquitted in 1986. Soren was made one of the accused in the double murder case which had occurred on April 15, 1974 over the killing of a goat at Kudko under Pirtand police station in Giridih.

Swine flu claimed its fourth victim in Mumbai on Thursday when a 35-year-old man died of the disease at a civic hospital on Thursday evening. Dattatraya Gawde, a resident of suburban Ghatkopar, died at the Kasturba Hospital, Additional Municipal Commissioner Manisha Mhaiskar said."When he was brought to the hospital on August 18, he had acute respiratory distress syndrome and was put on a ventilator," Mhaiskar said.
