If a new survey is anything to go by, a good night's sleep is much better than great sex.In a global study of more than 12,500 frequent travelers, conducted by Westin Hotels, 52 per cent Asian respondents felt that a great night's sleep trumped great sex. The survey also found that 53 per cent would rather have a sleeping pill on their hotel pillow than the ubiquitous chocolate, while 56 per cent took a relaxant, sleep or stress medication when traveling overnight.
