Najeeb Ahmad had gone missing from the Mahi-Mandvi hostel of the JNU in New Delhi on October 15, 2016, following a scuffle the previous night with some students allegedly affiliated to the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad.
Mukul Jain, enrolled in Life Sciences course, has been missing since January 8.
Najeeb, 27, a student of School of Biotechnology and a native of Badaun in Uttar Pradesh, went missing on October 15 following an on-campus scuffle allegedly with the members of ABVP.
Nafees said she will now appeal to the Supreme Court. She also appealed to all mothers "who have faced the pain of losing their children" to march to Parliament Street on October 15.
