Police in Kashmir have arrested 14 drug peddlers across multiple districts as part of a 100-day campaign to eliminate drug use in Jammu and Kashmir. Contraband substances and related paraphernalia were seized during the operations.
Jammu and Kashmir Police have arrested a man from Delhi in connection with a theft case registered in Baramulla district. The accused allegedly robbed an electronic goods shop, and stolen items have been recovered.

A Delhi court has granted the National Investigation Agency (NIA) a 45-day extension to complete its investigation into the blast near the Red Fort on November 10 of last year. The court also extended the judicial custody of several accused individuals.
Villagers alleged that the youth had been killed by the CRPF trooper without any provocation. CRPF officials said that the trooper had a heated verbal exchange with a group of youths on Wednesday. The CRPF trooper has been taken into custody.
