Four people were arrested on Wednesday for allegedly opening fire on a man in Jharkhand's Jamshedpur, a senior police officer said.
The accused were arrested with arms and ammunition from a dilapitated building, following a raid, he said.
They had allegedly opened fire on Vikram Singh alias Vicky, who was travelling in a car, near Dimna Basti Road in Olidih police station area on Monday, the officer said.
The man suffered serious injuries and is undergoing treatment at a hospital here.
SP (Rural) Rishabha Garg said an FIR was registered against the four accused on the statement of Vicky.
Police have recovered two firearms and live cartridges from their possession.
One of the accused told the police that they had fired at the man due to an old dispute, the SP said.
