The police on Wednesday arrested Lenin, a news editor of Dina Malar, a Tamil daily which published a news item giving details of a statement purportedly given by a TV artiste arrested in connection with a prostitution case.The arrest followed protests from the South Indian artistes Association, led by R Saratkumar, against the publication of the names of the artistes in the newspaper along with their photographs. He demanded action against the newspaper.
