-You must be a graduate/ post graduate.
-You must have one or two years of experience in the training function of an international call centre.
-You must have excellent teaching skills.
-You must have a neutral accent, phonetics, grammar.
-You must have high energy levels.
-You must have hands on experience in foundation level training, process training, training methodologies, assessments at a call centres.
