SEE: How to make a healthy Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie

For those of you who are living alone and don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this is a useful recipe that requires minimum effort.

Watch how you can make a banana smoothie at home:



  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • Dried figs  (optional)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4th cup milk
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • 4-5 ice cubes


  • In a blender, add bananas, curd, dried figs, sugar, milk, cardamom powder and ice.
  • Blend for a minute until smooth.
  • Pour in a glass.
  • Garnish with powdered cardamom and serve.
