The Indian Consulate at Toronto reportedly received a bomb threat on January 30. Though no official confirmation was available, a police official, who didn't want to be named, revealed that the Indian Consulate had received a threatening telephone call on January 30. The government is finalising the national action plan on climate change and would release this in June, said Shyam Saran, Prime Minister's special envoy for climate change.
