The Supreme Court on Friday granted bail to Kolkata industrialists Ashok Kumar Todi and his brother Pradeep Kumar Todi in the Rizwanur Rehman suicide case. A bench of Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan and P Sathasivam rejected the Central Bureau of Investigation's argument that the accused will influence the investigation if freed on bail.
