Munshi was caught while trying to leave the country on Saturday.
"I have 14 reasons to show that how her evidence does not advance the prosecution case at all."
Gill's plea for bail is likely to be heard on Wednesday by the Division Bench of Justice R S Sodhi and Justice P K Bhasin.
The case was re-opened following the police appeal challenging the acquittal of all nine accused by a lower court.
Manu Sharma, the convict in the murder case of Jessica, and Mattoo's killer Santosh Singh were among 204 who had approached the board, headed by state Home Minister Satyendar Jain, the sources said.
Munshi was one of the cases in the Jessica Lal case.

"The prosecution has proved beyond reasonable doubt the presence of Manu Sharma at the site of the offence," a bench of Justices P Sathasivam and Swatanter Kumar said, upholding the Delhi High Court verdict. The apex court also upheld the conviction as well as sentence of four years jail term of Vikas Yadav, son of controversial Uttar Pradesh politician D P Yadav and, Amarjeet Singh Gill, an MNC executive, for the destruction of evidence.

"The judgement has come as a closure of something that was going on for the past seven years. The way this case was progressing, we had given up all hope of getting justice," an emotionally choked Sabrina said.
The defence of convict Manu Sharma in the Jessica Lall murder case that two weapons were used in the offence did not sustain the scruitny in the Supreme Court which said the ballistic report was vague and no credence can be lent to it.
It has asked the State to furnish forensic and post-mortem reports in the case.
"We have prepared a broad platform where we have assessed the top 50 judges of the country who would be considered for appointment to the Supreme Court of India. We have data on judgments and the quality of judgments. The idea is to make the process of appointment in the Supreme Court more transparent," the CJI said.
Dr Bedi has been charged with issuing false medical certificates.
The court posted the matter for further hearing to April five.
He said entire circumstances were invented by the Police to falsely implicate Manu. Delhi Police has challenged the acquittal of Manu and others in the Jessica Lal murder case.
He said the Delhi High court ought to have waited for the copy of the judgement in the Jessica Lal case to come out instead of taking cognisance solely on the basis of news reports.
Additional Sessions Judge S L Bhayana acquitted Siddarth Vashist alias Manu Sharma of charges of murder and Vikas Yadav, Tony Gill, Alok Khanna of charges of destruction of evidence.
The high court had described the judgment of the then additional sessions judge Bhayana's reasoning for acquitting Sharma, as strange and totally wrong.
