Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama on Tuesday claimed that the Chinese government had recently proposed to him a five-point programme and assured that all his powers, suspended since in 1956, would be restored once he returned to China. Talking to the media, the Dalai Lama, who came to Ajmer to offer prayers at the Khawja Moinudeen Chisti Dargah, said he dismissed the proposal since "it was the question of the future of six crore Tibetans and not of my powers."
