The Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court on Wednesday gave another breather to Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray, staying his arrest till the next hearing. Earlier, on February 4, the court had stayed Raj's arrest till February 17. Raj's lawyer argued in front the bench comprising Justice A V Potdar that his client was arrested by the Mumbai police from Ratnagiri, when a state transport bus was pelted with stones in Badnapur tehsil of Jalna district.
Four persons suspected to be having links with Indian Mujahideen were picked up on Tuesday for questioning in connection with the German Bakery blast and the police said it has got "vital" information from CCTV footages. While two of them were from Kudalwadi and Janwadi localities in Pune, two others from Aurangabad were quizzed.
