Hosts India beat defending champions Netherlands 3-2 in a penalty shootout to win the bronze at the Hockey World League Final in Raipur.
An inconsistent India lost 1-3 to the Netherlands to slump to their second defeat in the tournament and finish at the bottom of Pool B at the Hockey World League (HWL) Final in Raipur on Monday.
"The car in which Baghel, his gunman and three others were travelling overturned and caught fire near Abhanpur, about 35 km from Raipur," Senior Superintendent of Police B S Maravi told PTI.
