Train services of the Central Railway were affected in suburban Mumbai on Friday morning after a water pipeline crashed on a local train near Thane railway station. Traffic on the slow tracks has been affected, railway sources said, adding that efforts were on to clear the route for resumption of rail traffic.All trains plying between Kurla and Thane stations have been halted, according to reports. Five people were trapped inside the damaged compartment, said officials.
