India on Sunday rejected any back-channel talks with Pakistan and said no meaningful bilateral dialogue can take place unless that country took action against the Mumbai attack suspects. A Dubai court has cancelled an Indian driver's bail plea and ordered his arrest because he was spotted laughing while denying the charge of groping a woman.The driver, referred to as N V, was accused of molesting an 18-year-old Egyptian housemaid while helping her move items to her employer's car.According to local media reports, the suspect moved his hands in an exclamatory sign and continued laughing before pleading not guilty.N V maintained that he didn't molest her.
