The court in Panchkula had convicted Ram Rahim and four others -- Krishan Lal, Jasbir Singh, Avtar Singh and Sabdil -- in the murder case on October 8.
Sidhu in a press conference on Friday had questioned the Channi-led state government over the steps taken for the delivery of justice in the cases of desecration of the Guru Granth Sahib and drug trafficking.
The high court asked the state government to make arrangements for security and safe transport by air of the judicial officer and two staff members.
The special court had convicted them on Friday in the murder case of a Dera manager, Ranjit Singh.
The 51-year-old sect head is currently serving a 20-year prison term in Rohtak's Sunaria jail for raping two of his women followers.
"He withdrew his parole application on Monday," a senior official of Haryana Prisons Department said, refusing to divulge further details.
The Dera Sacha Sauda chief and the three others convicted last Friday in the case appeared before the court through video conferencing.

Honeypreet Insan's former husband also claimed that the self-styled godman used to organise a 'Bigg Boss'-like show in his secret cave involving couples.
Ram Rahim did not talk with anyone and was seen roaming in the cell.
Honeypreet is the only woman in the 'wanted' list.
Ahead of the pronouncement of the sentence, police have left nothing to chance and have taken important functionaries of the sect, who could gather followers, into preventive custody.
