Karnataka has sought a full detailed report on the Hogenakal project from Tamil Nadu, state Major and Medium Irrigation Minister Basavaraja Bommai said on Friday.

"We are yet to get a reply from Tamil Nadu," Bommai told reporters on the sidelines of a function in Bangalore.

The minister said the state has also written a letter to the Centre, seeking details of the project on the Tamil Nadu-Karnataka border, for which a response is awaited.
