The Supreme Court on Monday refused to entertain the plea of Janata Party president Subramaniam Swamy seeking reconstitution of the expert committee to review the Sethusamudram project.

"We are not going to interfere with the committee. It is not appointed by the court," a bench headed by Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan said, when Swamy mentioned his application seeking quashing of the existing committee.
