Another respite for Khushboo

Madras high court on Tuesday stayed a Vellore district court's summon to actress Khushboo to appear in court on Wednesday in connection with her remarks on pre-marital sex. 

Staying the November 23 summons issued by the Wallajahpet judicial magistrate, Justice T V Masilamani also said Khushboo was not required to appear before the court.

With the latest stay, the actress has  so far succeeded in obtaining 15 orders from the Madras high court and its Madurai bench, staying summons issued to her by judical magistrates for her appearance in various courts on civil suits filed against her for the remarks.
