Gustad, two assistants get bail

The Bombay high court on Wednesday granted bail to film director Kaizad Gustad and his two assistants, arrested in connection with the accidental death of Gustad's assistant, Nadia Khan last month.

All three have been asked to deposit a bail amount of Rs 35,000 each with sureties of the like amount. They have also been asked to deposit their passports with the police.
 
Their bail plea was rejected twice earlier by a railway magistrate and once by a sessions court.

Nadia was knocked down by a train at the Mahalaxmi railway station in south Mumbai during the shooting of film 'Mumbai Central' on May 25.
