Jharkhand team leaves for Delhi to arrest Soren

A three-member Jharkhand police team left for Delhi on Tuesday to execute the arrest warrant against Union Coal Minister Shibu Soren in connection with the Chirrudih massacre case, a top police official said in Ranchi.

The Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate of Jamtara district on Saturday had issued the warrant in the name of Soren and nine others in connection with the killing of 11 persons in Chirrudih in 1975.
