Banaras Hindu University, Institute Of Medical Sciences: Admission for BAMS 2004

The Banaras Hindu University will hold an All India entrance test for admission to BAMS courses on Sunday, June 13, 2004 at BHU, Varanasi.

Eligibility: Intermediate/10+2 (or equivalent exam from recognized Board) in Science with Biology and English as subjects.

Application form along with the information brochure can be obtained by post from the Office of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi 221005 by sending an application through registered post along with a demand draft of Rs 700 (Rs 450 for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi, payable at the State Bank of India, BHU Branch (Code No 0211) alongwith two self addressed white paper slip/sticker of 6 cm x 10 cm size. The envelope should be clearly
superscribed 'Application for BAMS Entrance Test 2004, BHU.'

The request for application form by post must reach on or before March 27, 2004.

The application form can also be obtained from the sale counter of the IMS, by submitting a bank draft of Rs 650 (Rs 400 for SC/ST) between February 23, 2004 and April 12, 2004 during working hours.

Last date for submission of completed application forms: April 14, 2004 up to 5 pm.

The Institute will not be responsible for loss of application forms in transit.
