Isha Koppikar Narang has a passion for yoga and it remains an important part of her fitness routine.
The actress showed off her yoga skills on Instagram with a couple of pics of herself doing various asanas, below.
'Yoga takes you into the present moment,' she says. 'The only place where life exists.'
'It is a great practice for both the body and the mind. It offers peace and mindfulness, and helps you get through the daily stress.'
