The IIT Common Entrance Exam for Design

What: The Common Entrance Examination for Design conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Details

~This examination tests candidates for visual perception ability, drawing skills, design aptitude and communication skills.

~Qualifying in CEED is necessary to apply for the two-year Master of Design programme at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur and IISc Bangalore.

CEED 2005 will be held on Sunday, January 23, 2005.

Are you eligible?

~You must have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Architecture or Design

OR

~A professional diploma in Interior Design from the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (five-year programme)

OR

~A Bachelor of Fine Arts (or Applied Art) degree

OR

~A graduate degree in Art (five-year professional course)

OR

~A professional diploma from the National Institute of Design.

-You can also apply if you are a final-year student in any of the above courses.
