Q. A r-ap- e of innocent is a crime which, police and courts should have taken cognizance on priority basis. Unfortunately, the whole nation had to rise up for invoking action against them. The questions arise: Is the present judiciary treating such cases like common place cases of pick pocketing and burglary? Are the courts cautious about the gravity of the crime? Are govt. needed to be implored etime and again by the pulic on such a huge scale? Whether the govt. has no concern over the public issues but to levy taxes? Shd the legal system and the existence of the present govt.be reviewed
