On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, a fortnight before Independence Day, a Tiranga Shikara rally was organised on the Dal Lake.
The event was hosted by Salute Tiranga, a New Delhi-based NGO.
The Tiranga Shikara rally launched a 15-day programme in Jammu and Kashmir, which will culminate on August 15, 2023.
