A 37-year-old Lithuanian national, who was arrested on Monday, has been charged with the murders of Indian-origin Avtar Singh Kolar and and his wife Carole Kolar in Birmingham last week. The West Midlands Police said that the suspect, named Rimvydas Liorancas, will appear before the magistrate in Birmingham on Friday morning.
