Police on Monday claimed to have arrested four Lashkar-e-Tayiba militants in Handwara who were directed to lob grenades at police stations and public rallies in the area, a police spokesman said in Srinagar. A specific information was received by police that a person was roaming around Chinar Park in Handwara of Kupwara district planning to lob a grenade on the police station in the area, he said.
