The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed the bail pleas of two of the five accused in the Park Street gang rape case, saying it was not a fit case for granting relief, as two of the alleged culprits are still absconding. The apex court refused to interfere with the Calcutta high court's order denying bail to Sumit Bajaj and Mohd Nasir Khan, who were among the five youths accused of gang-raping an Anglo-Indian woman in a car on February 5 last year.
