Hooda appraised Dr Singh about the flood situation in the state over the phone. The Haryana government has estimated the loss due to the floods at over Rs 1,000 crore, officials said. The West Bengal police on Saturday night said Maoists were behind the Gyaneshwari Express derailment and claimed to have identified the culprits behind the incident that has claimed 136 lives so far. "After examining (the case) legally, I think it should be revisited.
