Italian two-wheeler maker Ducati Motor Holding on Wednesday announced its foray into the Indian automobile market with the launch of five motorcycles, priced in the range of Rs 15 lakh to Rs 50 lakh.
Ferrari launched four other models -- 488GTB, 458 Spider, 458 Speciale and F12 Berlinetta.
Maserati, whose logo is modelled on the trident in the statue of Neptune in Bologna's Piazza Maggiore, was acquired by the Fiat Group in 2005.
This is the car major's second coming in India.
